『捲』，有收藏之意，慢慢攤開餐具捲，就像一場儀式一樣，我們認真看待吃飯這件事，專心吃飯，並且慢慢食飯。餐具捲除了可放叉子、湯匙和筷子外，還多了環保吸管的擺放位置，內層則使用防水布，只要濕紙巾稍擦拭，髒污就能輕鬆清除。
